hi aly, oh my god I literally just saw this! I've been without internet for the past two weeks, thanks to my ISP casually destroying the connection when doing 'repair' work. I completely forgot to post hiatus with all the hassle of trying to sort it out. Have I missed the AC now? If so, I may cry. /goes to check

FIRST OF ALL let me say that i am very glad to hear that you're okay. more important than games and characters and acs is knowing some tragedy hadn't befallen you in the meantime. welcome back to the land of the connected!

unfortunately, the ac finished last week. however, isp issues are legit issues and with the next app cycle actually around the corner, i spoke with the rest of the mod-team and if you re-apped xander when apps open in may we could hand-wave that he was merely kidnapped by the malnosso and didn't completely 'disappear'. (you can use your last app, just be advised that only the samples will have to be new)

of course, the choice is entirely yours. obviously i'd love to have you back but you should do what you feel most comfortable with.
